Production Manager

The Production Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for accurate job reporting, scheduling jobs in an efficient manner, proper planning of materials, labor and tooling, training and supervision of employees, and meeting the quality, on time delivery and scrap goals set by the company. Also responsible for ensuring a positive, professional work environment as well as maintaining a safe work place.
